Travel, Designed Like a Story
Ant On The Globe was never meant to be a traditional travel company.
In 2010, Jay Ruparel, a filmmaker who had worked with brands such as MTV, Sony Pictures and Disney, was also feeding a growing obsession for travel — one that had already taken him across the world long before he imagined building a business around it.
While planning an upcoming corporate offsite, the team at MTV asked Jay to review proposals they had received from major travel companies, including Thomas Cook. After he suggested several changes and reworked the entire trip, the team grew tired of the constant back-and-forth with traditional travel agents and told him he had no choice but to plan it himself.
They gave him 15 minutes to raise an invoice. There was just one problem — he didn’t have a company name.
With less than a minute to think, Ant On The Globe was born.
What started unexpectedly soon evolved into a boutique travel design studio built on storytelling, instinct, taste, and obsessive detail.
Having explored over 55 countries, Jay shaped AOTG around a simple belief: travel should not feel like a checklist. It should feel like a story — beautifully paced, deeply personal, and impossible to forget.
Over the last decade, Ant On The Globe has designed journeys for more than 5,000 travellers worldwide — from bespoke honeymoons and milestone family holidays to corporate retreats, destination celebrations, and highly customised adventures.
Today, we curate journeys that reflect your rhythm, personality and style — journeys that stay with you long after you return home.
